How to cure Pimples on your face?
I am writing this blog after using all below given products
Why Pimples caused on face
Pimples are the things that are produce by over oil production on face....sometimes also due to oil in your hair too.
Why this Oil production happens
--by putting hands and other objects like mobile phone etc on your face repeatdly.
--by hormonal change ......which sometimes happen because of age and sometime watching PORN or doing masturbation.
How was my pimples
i have tolerated them for 1.5 months before taking below treatment
there was bunch of pimple on both my cheeks
I have noticed by pimples gets healed at night .....so take a proper sleep of atleast 5-6 hours in night
The below pic is not mine but my pimples were something like this only on cheeks.Yes they got bleeded and gets black due to cloating but this flap is removable with small rubbing. i want to share with you the stages of my pimple
stage I- it was small red bump
stage II-it becomed big red bump
stage III-it gets white
stage IV-white paste comes out with blast from inside some how with blood too .This stage when happens at night it has given me this black layer in morning which is due to cloathing.
Never use detol or anything similar to treat your pimples
if your pimples are not that dangous then relax and just first try to treat it using natural tips by minning this blog.

I had met the head dermanologist at AIMS ,INDIA by applying source through his wife.This senior Proffesor cum Doctor has done more than 87 researches on dermanology.
he given me following prescription ....which was undoubtedly simple,cheap,light and miracle one
--Daily Shampoo your hairs and apply no oil (I have used head and shoulder dandruf removal smooth and silky shampoo).......Fortunately this has maken my hairs look decent too.
--Daily wash your face with any soap but not with facewash as it not clears the face properly...i have used pears green coloured soap and dont dare to use any oil or moisturizer on your face too.........This Tip really cleared my face miracally
--Acnesol and nano gel--2 times a day....i used cotton buds to apply this gel over my face [always use gel as these dont include any oil] (Rs 75/-)
but due to its unavailabilty chemist given me acnesol gel which worked fine)
--NuDoxy (100mg) --This will kill bacteria causing that particular pimple (Rs 10/- to Rs 25/-)
Do pimples repair naturally ?
May be.....but process is slow but above prescrition is just a miracle
How to act on insults due to pimples?

what foods Google & Youtube says not to eat in Pimples (Useless according to me)
there is basically everything that blogs had suggested me not to eat. But the products that were also suggested not to eat from private doctors were dairy products,oily foods like choclate, artificial sugar products and spices,cofee,alchol or wine.
But anyways AIMS doctor said you can eat anything
What to eat
--cucumber in salad (done healing to me too)
--papaya (done healing me too)
--carrot
--oats
--bananas
--all sabzi's with no oil with chapati's only
--drink a lot of water as you can
--cook lot of Happiness and eat it all daily like a jelly.
